The serial codes to obtain Silvally could be used from October 23, 2017 to February 13, 2018. This specific event Pokémon was distributed in North America, Europe, Oceania.
What makes this event Pokémon special?
Shiny Silvally can only be obtained through events like this. In Pokémon Sun and Moon, Silvally or its base Pokémon Type: Null cannot yet learn the move Punishment, thus this event Silvally, despite originating in Sun and Moon, is special for it already knows Punishment, which it can learn starting in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon onwards later game versions.

silvally has easily become one of my favorite pokémon, and to be able to get his shiny so easily (and for so cheap) was incredible. one of my favorite things, though, is the guarantees of legality, and telling you which changed options will potentially make the pokémon illegal. that was something i was nervous about, but everything was very clear and concise here. the person i communicated with was quick in response and very easy to trade with, very polite as well. i will absolutely be using this website again
