Wasn't sure what to expect, but Melmetal was delivered in a timely manner w/ great communication. Painless experience, and completed my 'dex! I think the only thing that could be improved is that throughout the site it references chatting on Facebook messenger, but it seems the FB page is no longer available, and instead you now use the chat app on the site itself. Figured it out, but could be updated throughout the FAQs
