I could tell they were asking thoughtful questions based on potential issues such as asking if I want one of the 2 mews I bought to both be for switch or if I'd want one to be able to be used on DS. Very thoughtful. The only issue I had was I wished I had realized there were monthly and standing discounts/offers.
